The word inspirational is so frequently overused, it’s almost lost its meaning. However, when it comes to describing Rhiannon Tracey and her incredible life, it really is an understatement. Rhiannon is a motivational speaker, resilience coach, diversity & inclusion advocate, model and influencer.
In 2009, a spinal cord injury changed Rhiannon's world instantly. After a diving accident in Bali just before her 21st birthday, Rhiannon was diagnosed as a C-5 quadriplegic and told she would never walk again.
While many may let a life-changing injury hold them back from living their dreams, Rhiannon has used it as further motivation to create a life she loves, helping and inspiring thousands of people along the way.
Rhiannon has since founded The Next Step, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing the best recovery and rehabilitation options in Australia. They work to help those living with spinal cord injuries and other neurological disorders to achieve their goals and educate them on what’s possible.⠀
Channelling her vivacious energy and passion for living life on her own terms, Rhiannon has become a highly sought-after motivational speaker. She delivers her take on the power of positivity, goal setting and facing your fears head on.
Rhiannon won the Young Australian of the Year award in 2012, was named Cosmopolitan’s ‘Game Changer’ Woman of the Year in 2016 and was the first-ever female in a wheelchair on the Melbourne Fashion Week Runway in 2019. With a host of other awards and achievements, Rhiannon is an inspiration to so many, proving the impossible is possible.
Rhiannon shares her life with raw honesty, amassing a loyal following who love her colourful, uplifting posts. Equal parts holistic health goddess and fearless boss.
